How planizimo Works

Creating a plan, how it is built and divided, the Full Plan and the Adaptive Plan, notes and edits, and your account.

Getting started

From choosing what to plan for to having a plan in your dashboard.

How do I create a plan?

Choose what you are planning for, answer its questions (a few minutes), sign in and create. Then set when your plan arrives and start with a 7-day free trial, or pick a paid plan straight away.

What can I make a plan for?

Anything in the catalogue: plans for fitness and movement, eating and nutrition, mind and wellbeing, and habits and skills, from a first 5K to quitting smoking. You can also describe a goal of your own.

Can I make a plan for something that is not on the list?

Yes. Choose "Build a plan from scratch", describe what you want in a few sentences, and a plan's questions are written for your goal. You then answer them and create the plan as usual.

Is this suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. Every plan asks where you are starting from, and that answer changes the plan: a beginner's first weeks are deliberately modest and build slowly, so your body and your calendar can adapt.

How plans are built

What is in a plan, how it is divided, how it is made, and how long it runs.

What is in a plan?

A dated schedule from today to your target date, one entry per day, each saying what to do and what it is for. Rest days are part of it. Alongside it comes an honest read on whether your goal and date fit.

How is my plan divided into days and weeks?

Into days, grouped into weeks. A Full Plan is built in one go, start to finish. An Adaptive Plan is built a part at a time, a day or a week ahead, so each part can reflect how the last one went.

How is my plan made?

Automatically. Software applies a method designed with planning and psychology professionals to your answers, partly on specialist AI providers. Your name and email are not sent to them, and nobody reviews your plan before it arrives.

How long should my plan be?

Long enough for the goal and your starting point: a first 5K from scratch often takes around nine weeks, a marathon several months. Every plan ends on a date you choose, from two weeks to a year away.

Can I keep doing my other activities?

Yes, and you should say so. Every plan's last question asks about anything else going on, such as another sport, a class or shift work, and the plan is built around it rather than on top of it.

Full Plan, Adaptive Plan and the free trial

The two ways a plan reaches you, what each costs, and how the trial works.

How does the Full Plan work?

One payment of $34, and your whole plan is generated in one go, from today to your target date. There is nothing to cancel, and you can rebuild it from new answers up to 5 times.

How does the Adaptive Plan work?

It is a subscription at $9 a month. Your plan is built a day or a week at a time, and each part reads the notes you left on the last, so the plan adjusts as you go.

Full Plan or Adaptive Plan: which should I choose?

Choose the Full Plan if you like to see everything up front and follow it as written. Choose the Adaptive Plan if your form or your calendar changes often and you want the plan to adjust from your notes.

How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial: your first 7 days of the plan plus its full analysis, with no card needed. If it ends unpaid, the plan is frozen, not deleted, and paying resumes it.

Following and changing your plan

Notes, missed days, edits, delivery and exports.

How do notes change my plan?

On an Adaptive Plan, a note about how a day went is read when the next part of the plan is built, so the days ahead can ease off or step up. On a Full Plan, notes are your own record.

What if I miss a day or fall behind?

Skip it and pick up the next scheduled day. Don't double up: that is how people get hurt or give up. If you have lost more than a few days, revise the plan so it restarts from where you are.

Can I change my plan after it is created?

Yes. Edit your goal, dates or answers and a fresh plan is built from where you are today. A Full Plan can be rebuilt up to 5 times; an Adaptive Plan within daily allowances.

Where does my plan live, and can I take it with me?

In your dashboard, where you can read it day by day, leave notes and edit it. It is also emailed to you on your schedule, and you can export it to PDF, Excel, CSV or a calendar file.

Account, payments and privacy

Cancelling, refunds, deleting your account, and what happens to your information.

How do I cancel a subscription?

From your account, at any time, without contacting anyone. Future billing stops and everything already generated stays in your dashboard. A subscription also ends by itself when its plan is completed.

Can I get a refund?

The free trial exists so you can judge a plan before paying. A Full Plan is not refundable once generation has begun, and a started month is not refunded. If something went wrong on our side, we will put it right.

What happens to my information?

It is used to build and deliver your plan and nothing else. Your answers go to specialist providers to generate the plan, without your name or email. Nothing is sold, and you can delete everything yourself.

How do I delete my account?

In your account settings, under Delete Account. Active subscriptions are cancelled first, then your plans and account are erased and you get a confirmation email. It cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep.
