How is my plan made?
Short answer
Automatically. Software applies a method designed with planning and psychology professionals to your answers, partly on specialist AI providers. Your name and email are not sent to them, and nobody reviews your plan before it arrives.
Key points
- The method was shaped by professionals; your plan itself is generated.
- Your answers go to the providers without your name or email.
- Generated plans can be wrong: use your own judgement.
The method
Behind every plan is a method: how a goal is broken into stages, how effort and recovery are balanced across a week, how a habit is built and kept going. It was shaped with people who work professionally in planning and in psychology.
The generation
Applying it is automated. A brief built from your answers is sent to specialist providers that return the plan, which is then checked against the shape a plan must have. The brief does not include your name, email address or payment details, and your content may not be used to train anyone's systems.
What that means
Automatically generated content can be wrong. Treat the plan as an informed starting point, and adapt or skip anything that does not feel right on the day.

What is in a plan?
A dated schedule from today to your target date, one entry per day, each saying what to do and what it is for. Rest days are part of it. Alongside it comes an honest read on whether your goal and date fit.

It is used to build and deliver your plan and nothing else. Your answers go to specialist providers to generate the plan, without your name or email. Nothing is sold, and you can delete everything yourself.

Into days, grouped into weeks. A Full Plan is built in one go, start to finish. An Adaptive Plan is built a part at a time, a day or a week ahead, so each part can reflect how the last one went.
