How is my plan divided into days and weeks?

Short answer

Into days, grouped into weeks. A Full Plan is built in one go, start to finish. An Adaptive Plan is built a part at a time, a day or a week ahead, so each part can reflect how the last one went.

Key points

  • Every plan is day by day, grouped into weeks.
  • Full Plan: all at once. Adaptive Plan: a day or a week at a time.
  • Your dashboard shows it as a list, by week or as a table.

Days and weeks

Each day carries one entry, and days are grouped into weeks, which is how the weekly view and weekly emails present them.

Built all at once, or as you go

A Full Plan is generated in one go, so the whole schedule is there from day one. An Adaptive Plan is generated in parts, daily or weekly, and each new part takes your notes and progress into account.

Delivery

Whichever you choose, the plan is in your dashboard and is emailed to you at the time and in the timezone you set.

What is in a plan?

A dated schedule from today to your target date, one entry per day, each saying what to do and what it is for. Rest days are part of it. Alongside it comes an honest read on whether your goal and date fit.
