How does the Adaptive Plan work?

Explainer 1 min read Updated 6 October 2026

Short answer

It is a subscription at $9 a month. Your plan is built a day or a week at a time, and each part reads the notes you left on the last, so the plan adjusts as you go.

Key points

  • Daily or weekly delivery, your choice.
  • Your notes shape the days that follow.
  • The subscription ends by itself when the plan is complete.

Built as you go

Instead of everything at once, the next part of your plan is generated shortly before you need it, daily or weekly. Each part takes into account how the last one went, including your notes.

Change it when you need to

You can change your personal and target details and have the plan rebuilt, within daily allowances.

Billing

You are billed monthly and can cancel at any time. When the plan is completed, either because you mark it complete or because its date has passed, the subscription is cancelled automatically, so you are never billed for a plan that has finished.

How do notes change my plan?

On an Adaptive Plan, a note about how a day went is read when the next part of the plan is built, so the days ahead can ease off or step up. On a Full Plan, notes are your own record.

From your account, at any time, without contacting anyone. Future billing stops and everything already generated stays in your dashboard. A subscription also ends by itself when its plan is completed.
