How do I create a plan?
Short answer
Choose what you are planning for, answer its questions (a few minutes), sign in and create. Then set when your plan arrives and start with a 7-day free trial, or pick a paid plan straight away.
Key points
- Area → plan → questions → sign in → create.
- Each plan asks only what it needs; most take 1 to 3 minutes.
- The free trial needs no card.
1. Choose what you are planning for
Pick one of the areas on the home page, then a plan inside it. Every plan also has its own page, so a link can take you straight to it. The same steps are drawn on the home page.
2. Answer its questions
Each plan asks its own questions: your target and date, where you are starting from, and anything else that shapes it. A hint under each question explains why it is asked, and some have a link to a fuller answer.
3. Sign in and create
Sign in with your email address or with Google, accept the terms, and create the plan.
4. Choose how it reaches you
In your dashboard, choose your schedule and the time it is delivered, then either try it free for 7 days or choose the Adaptive Plan or the Full Plan.
